CANCELLATION POLICY

POLICY Luxury links appreciates your business! We kindly ask that you appreciate our time. You will be sent an appointment reminder 48hrs prior to your appointment. We do not provide refunds, But we do value our clients “service satisfaction” and work hard to maintain it. Please NO additional guests When booking, a valid credit/debit card is REQUIRED! You cannot confirm your appointment without one. We ACCEPT various forms of payment including all major debit/credit cards and CASH. We also accept payment through apps such as Square, Samsung pay, and Apple Pay. Please ensure your hair is properly detangled before arriving to your appointment. Failure to do so will result in an inconvenience fee of $25. Appointments cancelled/ rescheduled without a 24 hr notice will result in you being charged a late cancellation fee ( 50 % of your scheduled service cost) and a voided deposit. If you’re a NO SHOW to your appointment, Luxury Links will charge a no-show fee ( 100% of your scheduled service cost) and you will be unable to schedule future appointments with us. It is ultimately your responsibility to remember your scheduled appointment. If you are more than 10 mins late to your appointment you will be required to reschedule and will be charge a 50% service fee. Due to each service having an estimate allotted time slot, please be sure to book the correct appointment at the time of scheduling. Any appointment requested BEFORE OR AFTER our regular daily hours will incur an additional $125 fee GENERAL CONCERNS You have 48 HOURS after day of service to report any issues and/or concerns you may have. After 48 hours you are no longer eligible for possible negotiable to bring you back in and address any concerns that you may have. WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE!!! Please come with good energy , and respect. You can guarantee the same in return. You have 3 attempts to reschedule your appointment . After the 3rd attempt your appointment will be canceled.
